What are the hi-res file formats and sizes accepted for selling purposes?

The hi-res file you are uploading for selling purposes must be according to the following guidelines:

• The file dimensions and resolution must be exact to your stated specifications. 

• For non-vector prints, it must be of printable quality. Preferred resolution is 300 dpi and above. 

• Preferred file formats are JPEG, TIFF, PNG, EPS, or ZIP.  

• For file size above 10MB, please ensure it is compressed into a .ZIP file. Do not upload files larger than 80MB. 

• If you intend to include more than one file, please zip all content into one .ZIP file. Each product will only allow one upload. 

• Please ensure uploaded file is free from malware and viruses.
