How do I get paid?
Payments are issued on the 15th of every month; 45 days from the month of your sales. The time period is for us to accomodate the sales refunds or delivery disputes
Here is the process:
End of every month - Payments to sellers will be calculated. This is for all sales activities from the previous month.
(For example: Sales in January will be calculated at the end of February. The payment will then be issued on the March 15th.)
Default payment method is via PayPal (no additional service charge other than PayPal charges) to the your default email address. Alternatively, we can also post out U.S. dollars cheques, but standard postage days and bank processing time will apply.
