Why is my payment delayed?

Payments may be slightly withheld if there are pending sellers' disputes or refund requests lodged directly with PayPal or their credit card companies. Payments will be released as soon as these disputes are resolved.

To preserve the high quality of our by-invite seller program, sellers who are noted with an unusual high level of refunds may be black-marked. This may also result in delays of sales payment. As such, we strongly advise all sellers to provide a TRACKING INFO as soon as an order has been shipped out to prevent any future disputes.
