Why am I prompted to provide a tracking number for my delivery?

We strongly advise all sellers to use a tracking delivery service for items shipped.

If no tracking number is provided, we are not able to dispute in favor of you especially for buyers' complaints/ refund requests lodged via PayPal. In such cases, PayPal will process a refund to the buyer as there's no proof of delivery.

In addition, this will also cause your sales payment to be withheld.
